Planner and calculator answers
The component finder, split planner, current-bed checks and whole-bed planner calculate in browser memory. We do not send entered measurements, material exclusions or manufacturer document URLs to our server, analytics or advertisers. We do not ask for diagnoses, pain, medications or body measurements. Answers are not added to share URLs.
Saving and clearing
The planner saves a configuration in local storage only when you select “Save on this device.” Select “Load saved answers” to restore it. “Clear saved answers / reset” removes this site’s saved planner answers and legacy quiz/result keys on that browser. Saved data otherwise remains until cleared; closing the tab discards unsaved answers. Printing or saving a PDF uses your browser.
Earlier quiz versions
Previous versions saved quiz answers in local storage automatically and could submit answers to our recommendation API. Those submission and public retrieval endpoints are retired. The current clear action removes old local copies. It does not delete any historical server records; contact us about a prior record without including sensitive details. Historical retention is under review.
Hosting and analytics
Normal page requests reach our hosting provider, Vercel, which may process IP addresses, request URLs and technical logs to serve and secure the site. Do not put private information in a page URL. Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics.” It uses cookies to measure page visits and a small set of tool events, such as starting or completing a check. We remove URL queries and fragments, do not send referrers, and disable advertising personalization and automatic form tracking. Measurements, exclusions, and entered manufacturer URLs are never included. User and event retention in this Analytics property is set to two months, without resetting on new activity; aggregated reports can remain longer. Analytics cookies last up to 90 days; your consent choice lasts up to 180 days. Use “Privacy choices” at the bottom of any page to decline or withdraw consent; withdrawing reloads the page and removes our Analytics cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control. Google processes consented analytics under its own privacy policy. Analytics database writes on our own server remain disabled. We do not have visibility into every provider-controlled security log or its account retention settings. Read Google’s privacy policy.
Advertising and external links
Advertising scripts are disabled. Enabling ads requires a reviewed consent integration and an updated policy. Source links take you to manufacturer sites only when you choose them; those sites apply their own privacy policies. Where an Amazon affiliate link is presented, its associate tag can attribute a qualifying purchase after you click. We receive no purchase or account details through the planner.
Contact and choices
Email sends the information you choose to share to our mail provider. Do not send health records. Contact messages may be kept to respond and resolve corrections. You can use the site without saving, clear site data in your browser, or request information or deletion concerning data you have provided. No service can promise absolute security.
