Operational Update

Bing verification and IndexNow support are ready

The site can now expose a Bing verification meta tag and submit changed URLs through IndexNow when configured.

Updated 2026-06-25

Summary

Sleep System Finder now supports Bing site verification, IndexNow key hosting, and changed-URL submissions after content updates.

What changed

The app now accepts a Bing verification token, serves an IndexNow key file when configured, and includes a command for submitting only changed public URLs.

  • Bing verification uses the msvalidate.01 metadata field.
  • IndexNow submissions require a key and should be limited to changed URLs.
  • Dry runs are available for deployment checks.

What still needs account access

Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools ownership verification still require account-level confirmation. The app can expose the required tokens, but the account owner must complete and monitor those properties.

Operational rule

Submit IndexNow only after a meaningful publish, revision, or removal. Bulk resubmission of unchanged URLs is intentionally outside the maintenance workflow.
